HARDI NORTH AMERICA RETURN POLICY
Domestic Returns:
Below are the requirements for returning orders placed on our website, https://www.shop.hardi.com:
- We will only accept returns for orders placed thirty (30) days from purchase and as evidenced by a corresponding receipt.
- Prior to returning your order, please contact our Parts Department for a Return Authorization Number (“RA#”) by email or telephone (US and Canada) as follows: [email protected] or +1 563-385-1730. You will receive an email from us within 24-48 hours (excluding holidays & weekends) with your RA#, along with complete return instructions. RA#s are valid for 30 days.
- Please have your order number and email address ready to present to our customer service team.
- Be sure to indicate which product numbers and quantities are being returned and the reason for the return.
Please Note: [NO credit will be given for orders returned without an RA# or for orders not specifically listed on the Return Authorization Request. Be sure to specify in your request all products you would like to return. There will also be no credit issued on products that are not in original condition.]
- Securely package and ship your return prepaid and insured to:

C/O RA# [enter your RA#] - Make sure your RA# is prominently displayed on the outside of the box. To expedite your credit, please include a copy of your original invoice inside the box. Sorry, cash on delivery (COD) shipments will NOT be accepted. HARDI North America will not be responsible for any lost, damaged, or misdelivered returns shipped to us, so please be sure to insure your package!
International Returns:
All packages being returned to HARDI North America from outside the USA MUST be marked “Return of Merchandise” on the OUTSIDE of the box in order to avoid additional taxes, customs/duties and brokerage fees. Any paperwork filled out for shipment should also indicate that it is a return of merchandise previously purchased and the date of the original purchase, so there is no confusion that this is a return of merchandise on which customs/duties have already been assessed and paid. Any international returns not identified as returned merchandise will be subject to a charge back to the customer of any taxes, customs/duties and brokerage fees assessed to HARDI North America.
Refunds:
Once we’ve received, inspected, and verified that your return satisfies the above guidelines, a refund will be credited within 10 business days of our receipt of your order to the same account used to make your original purchase. All applicable sales taxes (if any) will also be refunded. Sorry, no credit will be issued for any freight or other charges. You will receive an email from us indicating the amount credited to your credit card or PayPal account. Please note that credit on your credit card statement may not appear immediately, depending upon the policies of your credit card issuer.
